The company says although the five-year-old product saw demand, the firm will be placing more focus on (USDC). Customers will no longer be able to deposit or send money by July 8th. Circle will attempt to return any remaining funds by July 31st.  After September 30th, any unclaimed funds will be turned over to the state or country where a customer resides. An updated statement in Binance's Terms of Use (ToS) reads that the company "is unable to provide services to any U.S. person." Users who are not in accordance with Binance's ToS by September 12 will no longer be able to trade or deposit on Binance.com. CoinDesk 💳 Facebook reportedly brings on Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal as backers of its cryptocurrency Social media giant Facebook's yet-to-launch cryptocurrency appears to have attracted three major payments companies as backer. Each firm will invest approximately $10 million into a foundation that will govern the coin.
