🔥 Huobi Burns 14 Million Huobi Tokens

Citing "improving market conditions" and sales growth for the decision, Huobi announced a 14 Million Huobi Token (HT) token burn.

Every quarter, Huobi will spend 20 percent of its quarterly revenues buying back and burning the exchange token.

The company also said this token burn cycle "will be the last time HT tokens will be destroyed using the traditional buyback method."

📜 Bitpoint Finally Reveals Amounts Stolen in hack

Japanese exchange Bitpoint has published the breakdown of crypto assets stolen in the ¥3 billion ($27.8 million) hack earlier this month.

A document published by Bitpoint reveals that the stolen cryptocurrency is as follows:

1,225 Bitcoin (BTC)
1,985 Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
11,169 Ether (ETH)
5,108 Litecoin (LTC)
28,106,323 XRP

Bitpoint has revealed its plans to compensate customers in cryptocurrencies rather than in their equivalent fiat value.

🚨 India, UK, and U.S. Gov wants to rein in on cryptocurrencies

Over the last 24 hours, the cryptocommunity was revealed 3 separate development in crypto regulations that tells the same old story; Governments Really don't like Crypto.

A crypto-banning draft legislation has been leaked from the Indian government that calls for the banning of all activities relating to cryptocurrencies except its own "Digital Rupee".

UK drafts an "Economic crime plan" to crack down on what it calls "Economic Crime", which includes the use of cryptocurrencies for activities the UK government deems illegal.

US Treasury Secretary held a press conference on crypto and Facebook's Libra, calling it a "National Security Issue".
