Hi Carlos, Every exchange banner you've seen this year promises a bonus in the thousands. I went and read the terms on one of them properly, because I'd rather you hear the real number from me than find it out after you've deposited. What Bybit advertises Their signup page says "Unlock $30K+ in welcome rewards." That's a real, live offer. It's also almost certainly not what you'll receive. The ladder: • $100 — sign up, complete identity verification, claim it. This is the realistic one.​ • $50 — deposit $500 and trade $100,000 in volume • $100 — deposit $3,000 and trade $250,000 in volume • $800 — deposit $50,000 and trade $1.5 million in volume • Up to $30,000 — VIP tiers most people reading this will never reach ​ But whats the catch? The real catch is the amount you would be saving in your trading fees. The higher your VIP tier is, the highest amount you would save. And this is significant. Specially if you are doing bot trading or futures trading, every single penny saved on trading fees adds to your profit. This is what makes a significant different between you as a winner vs your old you which just pick any exchange without understanding the nuances. Three things the banner doesn't mention • The credits aren't withdrawable. You trade with them. Profits you make using them are yours — the credit itself isn't. Which is sensible. • There's a 14-day clock on deposits and volume, and funds need to sit untouched for three days after. This is to avoid free loaders. • You have to claim it manually in the Rewards Hub. It won't arrive on its own, and it expires. This is where most people lose a bonus they already qualified for. Why I'd still open an account there Not for the bonus. Pick an exchange for reasons that still matter in year three: deep liquidity so your orders fill where you expect, a mobile app you can actually manage a position from, and support that replies in minutes. On copy trading — a trader's past performance tells you what already happened, not what happens next.
