⏱️ Longer BNB Holding Period For Future Binance Launchpad IEOs

Launchpad now require users to hold their Binance Coin (BNB) on Binance for longer periods of time in order to receive tickets and take part in lotteries for IEOs.

Binance's 8th IEO will require a holding period of 15 days and will increase to 30 days on the subsequent 9th IEO session.

As Binance has stated that holding period may start even before announcement, users will likely be incentivised to always hold BNB on the exchange.

🚪 Another Indian crypto exchanges forced to shutdown

Indian-based Cryptokart is shutting down, according to a LinkedIn post by founder Gaurang Poddar.

The exchange is the latest in a series of shutsdowns in Indian due to alleged hostile regulatory environment.

However, Poddar seemed intent on remaining in the field, asking, "If you know anyone interested in launching their own exchange, please let me know."

⚽ Italian Pro-Football clubs gets official Crypto-FanToken

Cryptocurrency company Socios.com partners with soccer team AS Roma to offer a fan token.

According to a statement, the AS Roma Fan Tokens will allow users vote in certain club-related decisions.

The tokens are exchangeable via the apps native token Chiliz (CHZ).

AS Roma is the latest club to partner with the platform, along with other clubs including Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and West Ham United

The competitive and "wild west" nature of the crypto exchange industry has caused some exchanges to carry out certain morally ambiguous tactics in order to give themselves an edge.
