🔐 Block.One releases Universal Authenticator Library for EOS wallet management

Block.One has released a new open source repository for the development of future EOS private key management.

The Universal Authenticator Library (UAL) allows EOS app developers to integrate different authentication into a single API.

This develpment comes in conjunction with Block.One's announcement of EOSIO Labs, Block.One's open source repository.

CZ has announced that Binance Singapore, a fiat-to-crypto exchange will launch sometime in April.

He also revealed that the highly anticipated Binance DEX will also become fully operational this month.

Google searches for "Bitcoin" nearly tripled during the recent price spike, according to Google Trends data.

The largest number of searches comes from Nigeria, the Netherlands, South Africa, Austria, and Switzerland.

Interest in the space is back again with the recent run up to $5000 as Bitcoin rose by 20% in a single day.

☕ TL;DR - What is an "IEO"? ☕

The ICO hype has officially simmered down.

However, one could argue that the space is merely evolving, with this new iteration bringing in equal craze from a year ago.

IEO stands for "Initial Exchange Offering", a play on the ICO term, which itself comes from the phrase IPO (Initial Public Offering).

It is essentially an agreement between a token project and a cryptocurrency exchange - where the exchange would handle the sale of token and the token would only be sold exclusively on the exchange.

An IEO relies on exchanges being the intermediary for the fundraising efforts, implying a sense of trust to the buyers that the exchange have first made their due diligence before conducting the IEO.
