A green Monday saw Bitcoin lead the way toward a new recent high, as it closes back in on the important psychological milestone of a $100bn market capitalization.
As is so often the case, where Bitcoin leads, others follow.
In fact you have to cast your eyes down to Basic Attention Token to see a "loser" - although given BAT's exceptional gains, a correction to the $0.40 level was always on the cards.
With a sudden market capitalization of over $46M and 500% gains over the day, it might be tempting to believe that 'verification engine' OVCode is the next big thing - but on volume of just $356k on a couple of lesser-known exchanges, it might be a little early to get too excited.
Remember - if a thing is too good to be true, it usually isn't.
For example, I would love to tell you that when Benjamin Franklin designed his own coin he used the phrase "Mind your business" to suggest that the government keep its nose out of our affairs.
Unfortunately, in those days, it's more likely that he was enjoining us to pay attention to financial matters.
Maybe we can get Lord Dimon of Morgansville to design JPM Coin with the slogan "Qui habet canis, canis habet".
Because one Doge always equals one Doge...
