🔁 Binance Officially Launches Its 2.0 Platform With Margin Trading

Binance has launched its margin trading platform, as revealed by an official blog post.

Previously only available to select users, Binance 2.0 now allows all users access to Margin Trading.

Currently, users can margin trade on Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), XRP, Binance Coin (BNB), Tron (TRX), and Tether (USDT).

💵 Turkish Central Bank to Launch Blockchain-Based Cryptocurrency

As a part of the country's 11th Development Plan, Turkey's Central Bank plans to issue its own sovereign cryptocurrency.

The document also indicate plans to utilize blockchain for "transport and customs" purposes.

The country has been entertaining the idea of a national digital asset since at least early 2018.

🏳️ Iranian Government considers Authorizing Cryptocurrency mining

Amid the shutdowns of cryptocurrency mining operations, the Iranian government is considering allowing cryptocurrency mining.

The government had approved parts of an executive law which would allow cryptocurrency mining.

However, this comes with the condition that: 1) Miners would not enjoy cheaper domestic electricity rates, and 2) mined currencies should be "fed back to the national economic cycle".
