Coinbase plans to shut down acquired website Earn.com in favor of its in-house developed Coinbase Earn.

Earn.com users are advised to withdraw their balances by Feb. 2020.

Coinbase had initially acquired Earn.com in April 2018.

🙅‍♂️ Disney Stops Justin Sun's firm from 3 US trademark claims

Disney has blocked Raybo Technology from acquiring trademarks bearing the brand name TRON and two variations.

Disney's lawyers not only claimed that the registration for "TRON" would damage their franchise but also noted the way "TRON" is currently used by the firm.

After the block notice was filed, Raybo Technology had time to respond but nothing was filed.

As a result, the patent office acknowledged that there had been no answer to Disney's opposition and rejected all three applications.

💰 Binance invests in crypto derivatives platform FTX

Binance has doubled down its efforts to grow market share in the derivatives space by acquiring an equity stake in FTX.

The news follows Binance's recent acquisition of little-known derivatives platform JEX in September, which was renamed to Binance JEX.

FTX said in a blog post that Binance is the first and the only outside investor in the platform.
