Binance Releases Its Own Debit Card

Binance will launch a crypto debit card backed by Visa and will be made available first in South East Asia.

Binance Card allows its users to spend their cryptocurrencies by converting them into fiat and able to make transactions at any Visa-enabling merchants.

The card will be supporting Binance Coin (BNB) and Bitcoin (BTC), though the transaction currency will be the U.S. Dollar.

Users could manage the card by pairing it to its mobile app.

South Korea's biggest bank is set to launch crypto custody service

The largest bank in South Korea, KB Kookmin, is setting itself to be a crypto custody.

The bank has filed a trademark application for KB Digital Asset Custody.

The trademark refers to when branding products and services and the development work has been completed.

In other words, the bank may launch its services in the near future.

Suspicion Grow During Bitbays 18 hour Outage

A cryptocurrency exchange, BitBay went offline for more than 18 hours due to an issue with a third-party service provider.

Amidst of recovering the platform, Bitbay assured the users that their funds were safe and the downtime was not caused by a hacker.

Bitbay was back at normal at 2.56 AM UTC and resumed trading at 9 A.M. Despite the interruption, the platform saw nearly $40 million in trade over the past 24 hours.
