💡 Zilliqa (ZIL) Mainnet Token Swap is underway

After a successful Mainnet launch back in January, smart contract platform Zilliqa is now undergoing token swap from ERC-20 ZIL tokens to its own native ZIL.

The swap is currently underway at Huobi, OkEx, Koinex, and KuCoin exchanges, with more exchanges set to participate in the future.

☠️ Number of Infected Electrum Bitcoin Wallets Reaches 152,000

The botnet that has been targeting Electrum users just won't quit.

Security firm Malwarebytes Labs reports that the number of infected wallets has gone up to 152,000.

Only version older than 3.3.3 are vulnerable to this attack, and thus far the botnet has stolen over $4.6 Million in users' fund.

🏃‍♂️Hackers Used Microsoft Email Accounts to Steal Users' Cryptocurrency

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Microsoft's web-mail services has been compromised, allowing hackers viewing access to users mail.

Hackers then used the information to phish or empty off users exchange accounts.

CoinGecko advises all cryptocurrency owners to take safety measures when handling cryptocurrencies such as enabling 2FA or refraining from long term storage in exchanges.
